I have created a list of NPC's that offer Rewards at the end of their mission line. The information is hidden by default to protect those that do not want spoilers. If you would like to see the list, you can toggle it on and off by clicking the link below.

I am making changes to the list based upon submissions from you the players. I have not done many of these missions myself, and those that I have done were a long time ago. PLEASE, if you notice any errors in this list, please let me know.
I am happy to add your Captain name in a Roll Call of players that assisted in compiling the list. If you want your name added, please let me know your Captain name when you send the updates. If you have made submissions, and your name is not on the Roll Call list, please let me know, I will add it.

Not all of the Commodities are required by the NPC's, but this feature should help you find out if any of the commodities you have in your store are useful for missions. The drop down list is generated from the Market page, so all commodities in game (currently) are listed. As more NPC missions are added, there is a good chance that more of the commodities will be used. (we hope)
