Welcome to the new CEDB Exchange. This feature has been added to help you manage your collections of the new Data Chip Fragments that have recently been added to the game.
The process is fairly simple. First, you will need to create an account on the site, then log in. Once you are logged in, instead of these instructions, you will see a layout to manage your fragments. By default, all your fragments will be set to a status of Need.
For each fragment that you have, simply mark them as have (press the H button beside the fragment). This will change the status display to have.
If you have multiple fragments, and would like to trade them, then press the S button beside the fragment to mark it as spare. If another captain needs this fragment, your name will likely appear beside the fragment in their list, so they can contact you to broker a deal.
For all the fragments that you need, simply leave them as need (or press the N button beside the fragment if the status shows anything other than need) then the names of up to 5 players that have this fragment spare will be displayed to you in the right hand column.
